Compensation: Hourly based on experience

Part Time Office Assistant needed for family owned business in Lyons. Looking for someone who is trustworthy, outgoing, motivated, and organized to provide administrative record keeping and general office coordination.

Duties:

Complete monthly bank reconciliation
Process accounts payable and receivable
Process, submit, and record weekly payroll
Preparation and maintenance of financial statements
Writing checks and submitting payments of bills
Inventory control
Answer phones/ assist customers
Other routine office duties

Requirements:

Experience working with Microsoft Office Suite ( Word, Excel, and Acess ) and QuickBooks
Experience with processing payroll/financial statements
Strong mathematical, accounting, and communication skills
Professional appearance and attitude to represent the business
Ability to work well with others
Sales experience a +++
